Okay people, we had a really good dialog going and it just kinda died. So, we have done the "favorite episode" thing and the "Kagome v. Kikyo" thing. My next question it, who is everyone's favorite character and why?

One of my fav. characters is def. Shippou, cuz I think he's really cute and funny. I find it really funny when he fights w/ InuYasha, given he's really whiney but I think that funny. ^_^

LOL! They totally have a big-brother, little-brother relationship! It cracks me up sometimes.

I've got to be really boring and say that my fav is InuYasha. He is just such a neat character! One minute he is insulting everyone and the next he is saving people he has never met before! My hero!

That's totally not boring! InuYasha is another one of my 4 fav. characters. The other three being Kagome and Kilala of course. ^_^ You are so right! His personality cracks me right up...one minute he's all like "Kagome, you smell nice" and the next he's all like "Your staring is really starting to tick me off!" hahaha, sometimes I think he might be bi-polar...or maybe he just has pride issues...lol

yeah i would have to agree and say inuyasha is my favorite character.......he puts it off that he is just another mean demon who doesn't care but deep down he does and he tries his best to save people.....especially those in his party.

InuYasha is the bomb. I love it that as the series progresses, you see more and more of his human side coming out. I realize that more now since I have the first 72 episodes on DVD and can watch them obsessively.

I think my second fav character is Kagome. I hated her when I first started watching the show, but again, since I have so many episodes to watch, I've really realized the depth of her character.

My job calls, so I must sign off now. I'll continue this later.

I know she's not a primary character, but...

my favorite is Souten (the little thunder clan girl) I swear, for her whole feature episode, I couldn't figure out if she was a guy or a girl until they told us. but she's so adorable, and she falls in love with shippo! so cute!! ♥ chibi love ♥

my next fave character is Sango. she's so awesome, she's tough yet feminine. she's got this dark mysterious past, and she loves miroku, but she's not afraid to kick his ass when he's being a lech.

Dude, I totally love that episode! I was telling one of the kids I work with about it (he's 10) and then we totally started a battle to the death, which turned into a best 3 out of 5 Connect Four games for a box of crayons. Needless to say, he won the crayons.

I love Sango too! I really like all five of the main characters in the show (the "good" guys). It is so wonderful to actually watch someone's heart heal in a show -- an anime no less!

Must return to the children.

I love Inuyasha himself, the half demon version especially. I love the color red, so that may have a lot to do with it, but I like him for himself, too. I like the human version, too, but I don't think I like him as all demon too much.

Miroku is my favorite of the guys. He's so funny. Plus, I never like the leading guy (in this it's Inuyasha) that much.
Of the girls I like Sango but I find her a little too obsessed with her brother at times.
